Nikos Stavrianopoulos Skipper of Mythos
An aircraft engineer by training, Nikos is a certified graduate Offshore Sailing Instructor of the Ministry of Athletics, a graduate of the Offshore Sailing School of the Hellenic Offshore Racing Club (HORC) and a holder of the YACHT MASTER R.Y.A certificate.
Nikos is a founding member of the Halkida Sailing Club and a member of the Administrative Board for a period of 20 years. He has been President of the Club for 8 years and responsible for numerous club events and achievements.
Nikos has been participating in Sailing Races as a Captain since 1987, having earned several distinctions. His racing record includes participations in international organizations (Holland, Germany and others). Nikos sails about 3000 nautical miles each year, touring the Greek islands and participating in Sailing Races.
Nikos also offered his services as a Rescue Boat Captain during the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens.
