Welcome to the magical world of the Historical Seas Tall Ships Regatta. ΜΥΤΗΟS was the only Greek contender in this unique International regatta where historical tall ships and contemporary sailing boats come together to experience the legendary voyage of the ancient Greek Argonauts...
With close to a month at sea and a total race distance of over 900 nautical miles, the Historical Seas Tall Ships Regatta 2010 started off from Volos, Greece on 9/5/2010 with the first leg passing through the Bosphorus and ending in Varna, Bulgaria. This was a voyage done by the Argonauts in their quest of the legendary Golden Fleece.
From Varna, the second leg involved a 300 mile sail to Istanbul, Turkey and was followed by a demanding third and final leg, all the way back to Lavrion, Greece.
MYTHOS not only completed the race successfully but also scored a remarkable 1st in its class (CLASS C) and first Overall!
