Routes of the myth and the sea

Are you fascinated by the idea to meet the seas that Ulysses sailed? The islands that hosted gods and heroes? The beaches that Aphrodite smiled? The silence that from past centuries can tell the life in our present?
Are you interested to enter the dimension of nature and culture of Greece of today and yesterday? To meet people of the sea and get bewitched by the colors of the ionian-aegean and the Mediterranean?
This is a proposal to you!

Donatella puliga in coordination with the owner of s/y “mythos” organize cruises to the Ionian islands (Ithaca- Cephalonia- Zante- ancient Olympia- Delphi) and the Cyclades (Delos- Naxos- Paros- Syros) during witch will narrate the most known but also the most secret myths that still remain in the imagination of western world.
The cruises are from June till September. Ideal for 4 persons (max-6) and for a period of minimum 7 idealy 10 days. The program is flexible and is formed in cooperation with the captain and the guests!
There is time for the sea the sun good traditional kitchen and visits to archeological sites and myths.

Donatella puliga
Our narrator of the myths is Donatella Puliga philologist and writer. She is teaching classic mythology and Latin language and literature at the university of Siena Italy.
She is lover of the myths and is always trying to keep them alive and significant to our present.
Has written books of mythology, Greek and roman literature essays in themes such hospitality and acceptance of ancient world.
She loves the sea the trips good company silence and music.
During our sailing she will guide us to the discovery not only of the most known myths but also to the secret stories that the Greek seas have kept for you…
She will also guide us to understand that culture combines excellent with nature adventure relaxation and discovery. A trip that you will return filled with emotions and energy…because winter is long!
